Bay View Villas – Wellness & Spa Resort is situated closely to the most famous resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach, which is a wide semi-circular bay that is 8 kilometres long with fine golden sand recently given a Blue Flag Award. The holiday resort will be the most beautiful and unique one of the whole of Bulgaria and is conceived for up to 800 inhabitants. It is located in the Almond Forest Mountain, close to the Black Sea, only 2 kilometres away from the beach. This area is famous for its unique fresh air called “the filter”, because it is situated directly in front of one of the biggest forests of Bulgaria.

A bike rental that is situated inside the resort will satisfy those who prefer a more active way of visiting the beautiful places of that area. In order to prevent calmness, safety and privacy of that unique recreation area, all streets in the village are only for pedestrians. The luggage will be transported by golf cars.
