About Me (Tracey Blair)

I hold a BSc (Hons) Human Nutrition from the University of Ulster, Coleraine - 2:1 after working in the food industry for nearly 5 years I moved into the training sector as a business development advisor.

I set about registering myself with CIEH as a training centre and here we are.

I also work as a distance learning assessor for The Tribal Group in the UK - working for various FE colleges in the area of Nutrition and Health, Food Safety , Exercise and Nutrition.

I work as a freelance Nutritionist having completed projects and ad hoc work with:

Redrock Development Partnership - giving presentations, conducting workshops on Weight Management, Food and Mood, Diet and Disease, Food Safety.

The Wave Centre Cookstown - held and evening seesion on Food and Mood.

I have completed the Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate with Credit in 2004 and the Professional Trainers Certificate also with Credit Pass.

I continued my studies part time at Loughry College gaining tops marks and the Ulster Farmers Union Award in the Postgraduate Diploma in Communication, Training and Development.
